Citizenship Classes
Citizenship classes are offered to adults interested in becoming permanent legal residents.  This class is offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8 p.m and is designed to help students’ master basic English conversation skills as well as prepare for the questions commonly asked on the interview. Class size is kept at approximately 20 students so that each student gains as much individualized attention as possible and has the opportunity to actively participate. Currently, this class maintains a high success rate on the Citizenship test by former students.  Individuals interested in taking the classes must complete the registration form (available online) and bring it to Refuge House on Monday or Wednesday before the class begins.

Individuals that are interested in completing citizenship applications or other immigration related forms can walk-in to the Refuge House office.  There forms are available and any questions can be answered.
